Three levels matched to your baby’s age, 30 minutes, one parent in the pool. Water at 32°C — warm enough for a baby to relax instead of tense up.

Babies may not understand words, but they learn through sensation, movement and repetition. In water your baby feels buoyancy, gentle resistance and new body positions — which builds early body awareness and calmness.
32°C water, gentle resistance and your hands on them — the first language a baby understands.
Buoyancy and new body positions build body awareness long before any stroke.
The same sequence every week, so your baby knows what comes next and stays calm.
Our baby class is not one big mixed group. Your baby moves up by age — not by passing a test — so the activities always match what their body can actually do.
Supported play that builds water confidence, breath control, basic floating and safe entry and exit — always with you holding your baby.
Floating, rotation, kicking, paddling and controlled submersion, plus learning to recover and hold the wall.
Independent floating, rotation, breathing and safe exits, practised as short survival sequences before moving on to our kiddie class.

From 6 months. Level 1 (Water Discovery) runs from 6 to 12 months with you in the water throughout.
Yes — one parent joins every class for the full 6–42 month range. That contact is what keeps babies calm and is part of how they learn.
Yes. Beyond 30 minutes babies tire and get cold, and the learning stops. Short, warm, repeated sessions work better.
Both pools are indoors, heated to 32°C, and salt water rather than chlorine — gentler on skin and eyes. A Head Coach supervises every session.
By age, not by passing a test, so the activities always match what their body can actually do. Progress at each level is still recorded on video.
Your child moves into our Kiddie class — the first level without a parent in the water.
In water, your baby experiences buoyancy, gentle resistance and new body positions — which supports early body awareness and calmness. This is why baby swimming is not about strokes. It is about helping your baby feel safe in water while building a foundation for future learning. The same applies as your baby grows into toddlerhood — the water adaptation, floating awareness and gentle movement patterns continue to apply right through the full 6–42 month age range, building on your toddler’s more developed coordination. Babies may not understand words, but they learn through sensation, movement and repetition.
Our baby swimming class is not one big mixed group. It runs in three levels, and your baby moves up by age — not by passing a test — so the activities always match what their body can actually do. Level 1, Water Discovery (6–12 months): supported play that builds water confidence, breath control, basic floating and safe entry and exit with you. Level 2, Water Independence (13–24 months): floating, rotation, kicking, paddling and controlled submersion, plus learning to recover and hold the wall. Level 3, Early Self-Rescue (25–42 months): independent floating, rotation, breathing and safe exits, practised as short survival sequences before your child moves on to our kiddie class.
Every class is 30 minutes with one parent in the water, in a pool heated to 32°C — the temperature infants need to stay relaxed rather than tense. A Head Coach supervises every session, and progress at each level is recorded through video-based assessments, so you see the change in your baby rather than take our word for it.
Your baby will be guided through age-appropriate activities such as water adaptation, floating awareness, gentle movement patterns and safe exposure routines. Every activity is designed to support comfort, control and trust — not force or pressure.
Program fees vary based on age and learning stage. To ensure the right class placement, we recommend starting with a trial session. After the trial, we’ll explain the suitable program options and fees based on your baby’s readiness. See our Kiddie Swimming Class for when your child turns 3½, or check our PJ branch details.
