Yo, have you heard of SkyWhale Swimming Academy? It’s an indoor swimming academy in Ara Damansara and Puchong. JS, the founder, is a 90s kid with a fresh mindset that he’s passed down to his crew. Speaking of which, the team is made up of young guns from the 90s and 00s.
JS believes in nurturing his team from the ground up, starting from junior positions all the way up to management level, instead of bringing in outsiders as managers or supervisors. We take pride in the fact that our entire management team has been trained by the company, and we have not hired any outside managers. Our team members have shown great loyalty, with many having been with us since our inception, contributing to our impressive employee retention rate.

Customer Service Requirements
- Minimum possess SPM
- Have minimum one year experience in any field
- Must be able to speak Mandarin and English
- Able to work on shift and weekend
- Working location: Puchong/ Ara Damansara
- Good communication skills
- Process own transport
Responsibility
- Communicate with customer
- Serve new customer
- Customer registration process
- Customer payments process
- Coordinate the process of classes
- Maintain the center cleanliness and tidiness

- Teach swimming class by schedule
- To keep the swimming pool clean at all time
- Teach students base on our syllabus
- Monitoring students progress
